If you accept these terms and conditions you will be entitled to become a member of eClick and receive promotional campaigns, surveys, competitions or any other promotion within our partner network. The submission of your eClick application constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions.
  3. You do not have to accept any promotional offers we send out nor enter any competitions, surveys or other promotions we advertise.
  4. eClick are provided these offers from third parties as advertising opportunities and do not have a direct relationship with the client. As such, we are not responsible for any such opportunities. If you have issue with any such opportunities, you must direct all enquires to the company who is providing the opportunity.


  1. Membership of our site is limited to those who provided the necessary details during volunteer registration. You must be 18 years or older to enrol as a member. You may not use another person's name or information to receive offers from our website.
  2. We reserve the right to vary or cancel any registration without notice.
  3. We reserve the right to withdraw or suspend your membership at any time in the event of breach of these conditions or for any good reason. You agree to only have one membership account.   6. eClick also reserves the right to cancel any persons membership if we suspect that the member has violated our terms and conditions.

Limitation of liability

You as a member, agree to release eClick, its parents, subsidiaries, and its officers, employees, agents and affiliates from any claim for loss, damage or liability, including special indirect or consequential loss or damage such as loss of revenue, unavailability of systems or loss of data, in respect of, any survey invitation or advertising emails sent to you; your membership of the Service; your use of or inability to use eClick network; any dispute with a supplier of goods and/or services or the quality of goods and/or services purchased by you.
  2. You indemnify and keep indemnified eClick, its parents, subsidiaries, and its officers, employees, agents and affiliates against all claims (including third party claims), demands, damages, costs (including legal costs), penalties or suits caused by or arising out of or consequential upon your membership of the Service or your use of the network.
  3. The liability of eClick under this programme is restricted to delivery of their goods or services ordered under their normal terms and conditions in accordance with the terms and conditions of this programme and subject to any delivery information available at the time that a offer is accepted.
  4. Where goods or services are ordered from our partners they will be responsible for delivery.

Disclaimer of Warranty

  1. You acknowledge that you have not relied upon or been induced by any representation by us and that we make no warranty or representation as to: the results that may be obtained through membership of the service; the accuracy, reliability or otherwise of any information obtained through membership of the service; the service or network being uninterrupted, timely or error free; the goods and/or services purchased or obtained through the service or network, including goods and or services offered by third parties, except where expressly indicated.
  2. When participating in any eClick promotions, you must answer accurately, truthfully and take care with all responses. You must not sign up for an offer then immediately cancel it nor sign up with fake data. Any member found doing this will have their membership immediately cancelled.
  3. You must not use eClick in a way that is for any purpose unlawful or that engages on hacking, tampering or abusing any system or computer network. You must not use robots or any other device which may fraud our network or service. eClick has a zero tolerance policy in regards to this and has sole discretion to terminate your membership.
  4. If a member's account has been inactive for a period of 9 months, eClick reserves the right to inactivate the members account. We are not responsible for notifying the members that their account has been made inactive.


  1. All information volunteered as part of this programme will be treated as strictly confidential and will only be available to the programme and eClick. This programme will from time to time introduce to you product offers from the partner network, however these third parties will not have access to your personal information.

  1. eClick reserves the right to refuse your application to your our service if you have been previously cancelled as a member.
